hey everyone! my name is emily, im nineteen and was banded 3 days ago. it's been painful, but i know that it will be worth it in the end. i've already lost 7lbs... only 110 to go! good luck to all of you!

thank you everyone for the well wishes! i'm really happy i have made this decision... despite the pain. haha. well.. i'm feeling a little better. walking definately helps. but i'm still very swollen and can't eat much. hopefully that will pass in a few days. how is everyone else doing?
