Just Starting

Hi! I am just starting my lapband weight loss journey. I have been thinking about it for several years and I'm finally doing it. My first consult is 9 April. I am nervous, scared and yet thrilled to have finally taken the plunge. I really love this site, it has answered so many questions and I am convinced that I have made the right decision.
