Hello, I am new here. My band date is 4/8 and I have started to get really nervous and question my decision. I came here to get reassurance and so glad I did from the stories I have already read. I am still nervous but now once again excited about my decision. I am self pay so it was a very hard decision.

I admire you for making a life changing decision for yourself. Believe me, I was once in your shoes and so far, I would do it again. To me, it really is worth it because I am worth it...good luck

I too have finally made the decesion to do this for me. I go in on April 3rd and have my band put in. I am so ready. Praying that all goes smooth and easy. Good luck on your surgery also.
