How much should I be able to eat?

Hello everyone. I was bannded on Feb. 26, 2008. I recieved my first fill of 6cc. I was wondering how much should I be able to eat? I had a 6" veggie sub from subway with really no problems. I wasn't full (like I thought i'd be) nor was I hungry. If I had wanted to eat more it would'nt have been a problem. Should I speak with the DR. and see about getting "juiced up" to 8cc.

Could someone please share their experiences and eating amounts. I try to eat at home as much as possible, but due to my employment it means alot of lunch and dinner meetings. Also what is your experience with BEER. I know it depends on what type of beer is consumed but does anyone have a problem drinking it.

Thanks in advance for eveyones assistance

You aren't supposed to drink anything carbonated because it could stretch your pouch. I answered your question about eating your sandwich in another post.

are you sure you were filled with 6cc's?That is a huge amount....and if you did you shouldn't be able to eat that much...I would talk to your doctor. When were yu banded and how are you losing weight?

You had surgery less than a month ago and are already filled to 6 cc's? It took me four fills to get to that point! Don't drink beer! Carbonation is bad for your pouch and it is just total empty calories. Try to commit to only eating calories not drinking them. Are you losing weight? That is the best indicator of whether you are filled properly.
