go to jillianmichaels.com and it should be there. I am not really interested in the diet but the workouts. My trainer is quiting and tomorrow is my last day with here. I really need the guidance in the workout dept...mostly weight training so I wanted to know if it would help. I will let you know. I am going to join for the 5 weeks and see how what its about.

I got my first work out and its for a home workout. I was more looking for the gym machines. It looks really good and from what everyone says it will kick your butt. She does a circuit training and which is strength training and cardio all in one. Then you have one day of cardio and two days of rest. I am not sure ....I love doing the machines at the gym. Trying to talk dh into a bowflex so that I can use it and walk for cardio.

After reading this, I signed up for it since I've been looking for a change up in my routine. I did the first workout today. It was tough! You pick if you want Level 1 or Level 2 programs. I answered the questions and am a Level 2 because I work out 4-6 days a week now. She has it set up where you do five circuits. Each circuit has 3 exercises. For example, today one circuit was 3 sets of 15 bent over rows; 3 sets of 15 crossover lunges; 1 min of jump roping. You do some weights and then some body resistance and then some harder cardio to keep your heart rate up. I thought it was a good workout, I liked the circuits, and the way they are combined, lots of muscles are used and fatigued in the workout. You do 4 days like this (split) and then one day of just cardio with two rest days split in the week. You choose the days. Mine are Sun and Wed. The other thing is that you can cancel the membership after 5 weeks, so the worst is that you are out $20 AND have your 20 workouts you could rotate! I am definitely trying it for 5 weeks!

I agree, I am going to go to the website and check it out. I am getting kind of board with just doing my treadmill.

I went to her site, and it is appealing - however I know it wont' work for me. I signed up for EDiets a year before getting banded, and it just wasnt' something that motivated me. I need a trainer that I see each wk and be accoutable to - otherwise, it's just another email I might ignore.

I really like Jillian **would love for her to be in TX ...LOL** - I'll be interested in seeing results from anyone who signs up...all the best!

I love Jillian - I could really use someone like her to kick my butt. I had someone at the gym who was just too sweet. I really need someone to motivate me to keep going. Have you seen how she stands on their legs while they are squatting against the wall. Holy Cow! that looks like it really hurts. I didn't get to watch it tonight - but I've recorded it - I hope to watch it tomorrow night! I love this show - I've learned so much about the workouts just from Bob and of course Jillian.
