Hi Marie,

I use a little mayo and chopped onion other than that do not do much tuna unless it comes in a salad from Quiznos. I also put it in pasta and eat it that way but not always a good choice for the carbs so only eat it like that when I make it for my son that way.

I add mayonnaise and pickle relish. Dh thought that was disgusting until I pointed out that it's like tartar sauce with any other fish.

Try some of the new pouches they have out, they are flavored and are pretty good, even straight out of the pouch!

Regular tuna I add onion, sweet pickle relish, and mayo.

Marie, that sounds good too!

Wow... these are all great ideas Yummm, I may have to stop at Walmart to get some tuna - yall are making me hungry for it.

Marie, Im not a great food preparer... the simpler the better for me!

All this talk about tuna. Yummy. It is one of my favorites. Only, I am lucky enough that living on the oregon coast we can our own and there is nothing better. Can't wait for tuna season as we are running low.

I used to get this awesome tuna salad from a lunch truck, so I asked the guy his secret. He said to stretch the tuna (or to cheat the customer!) he'd add bread crumbs and mayo then put it in the food processor to make it smooth. Strange, but that was the best tuna ever.

I either do the mayo/relish/olive thing, or I do:

Tuna, cillantro, lime, red onions - even hubby loves this super-light version.
