I have surgery in less than a month and though I have worked hard for this, I am beginning to feel very nervous about the surgery and the life I will lead afterwards. Does anyone have any advice on how to get over those feelings or learn to handle them a bit better? Some days I am fine but this past week I am getting more and more in my head about the entire process. Also, any tips that helped you after surgery?
