Body Armour Lyte is also another one they have in gas stations, if you can find it. And sometimes in WalMart. I like those, too.

I've been really into A&W sugar free rootbeer drink crystals, but I really have to water it down so the sweetner isn't too overpowering. I also like pretty much any strawberry flavoured NSA drink

I like Propel water (flavors watermelon, blackberry, and strawberry kiwi), gatorade zero (the blue one...can't remember the name), sugar free water flavoring powder (tropical mango, strawberry mango, raspberry lemonade, blueberry acai), Prime hydration (strawberry watermelon, meta moon, ice pop), Starbucks matcha lemonade (sweetened with sugar free vanilla sweetener), mushroom coffee with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and sweetened with monk fruit sweetener (I add cacao powder if I want a chocolate flavor or 1 pump of Jordan's sugar free vanilla syrup if I want a vanilla flavor), green tea (with 2 packets of monk fruit sweetener), black tea (with 1 tbsp almond milk and 2 packets of monk fruit sweetener), sugar free mango splash juice (from WalMart). I think that's everything I drink lol

I have been drinking crystal light for years but the dietician I just talked to said that too much if the sweetener in that is pretty bad for you and she suggested true lemon. The only problem I have is that I don’t like the lemon or lime and those are the only two flavors that come in value packs or pitcher packs so they are kinda expensive and a pain to be making them one at a time (not to mention difficult to find in stock near me in the flavors I like). I really just hate plain water. I am hoping that changes with my upcoming revision and I can just use the flavor packets for something different once in a while.

I recently tried a liquid store brand version of a water flavoring additive that is made with Stevia and contains some B vitamins. It was a nice change from plain water, and easy to add to my ever-present water bottle.

On occasion, if I'm on the go and want a cold drink from a convenience store, I choose Bai Water if I can find it. If not, then I look for Gatorade Zero or Powerade Zero Sugar.

I second the BODYARMOR Lyte. I left home without my bottle of water recently, so I stopped in a gas station. Told the clerk when he asked if I needed help, that I can't have sugar or carbonation and he pointed me to the peach mango and said it was amazzing. It was and it's my go to for hydration when I need a drink on a road trip. I ordered some from Walmart as well when I put in my grocery order. Just check the label for Lyte or sugar free because there is a full sugar version.

I also like pretty much any strawberry flavoured NSA drink crystals mixed with a few fresh basil leaves, or frozen blackberries / raspberries tossed right into the water with a spring of fresh rosemary.

For on the go, I love to stop at a local convenience store for Flow's alkaline water in Cucumber + Mint, or Strawberry + Rose.

Those root beer crystals sound interesting. I’ have never seen those. I wish they would create Cole zero ones.

Has anyone tried the Jordan’s skinny syrups. They popped up when I was adding the root beer to my cart and they have a mermaid one that is blue. Looks so refreshing for a mock tail. Suggests you add to flavored sparkling water or lemonade. I have some of the true lemon that I don’t particularly love just cause it’s kinda bland I thought I’d add it to.

I've tried them in the past but also post-op. I'm working on a Chai flavoured one right now.

Like many syrups, they're super sweet. Some flavours are more potent than others -- I remember having the banana one in the past and it was so lightly flavoured there wasn't much point. The chai has been nice and strong though.

I think most of them are sweetened with sucralose, so if you've been able to deal with other sucralose sweetened things you're good. :)

(Honestly, other than direct lemon juice I've never found a lemon-flavouring syrup/crystal that I find authentic or strong enough, other than baking extracts. And even then, most brands get close but not right enough for me. I'm picky about lemon, I guess? I like Watkins and Simply Organics lemon extracts.)

I’ve never had anything chai so I don’t even know what to mix that with. Is it supposed to be like a coffee sweetener? I’ve heard of chai latte. lol
