The surgery went very well, and drink apparently I had a hernia that was repaired.

Handsome bone broth for dinner and trying o drink my water. My doctor has his patients drink 2oz of juice diluted with 2 oz of water

Luckily I don't have much pain or cramping. And I learned my sister scheduled our summer vacation justintime for me to eat more decent foods,
