So COLD

I've read on here that being cold all the time can happen for some, but this early? I'm just over 2 weeks out, and I'm freezing all the time. I sleep in my winter slipper socks and a fleece shirt, and I'm still cold. Blankets on all day. Heat turned on in the car. Is this normal this early?
