Nah because it's all mental. You won't be starving but seeing commercials and ads and others enjoying food is hard AF. You just have to remind yourself why you did it in the first place and how hot you're gonna look in that ? bikini next year ?.

Hope all who are recovering are doing well! Mine was 6/7. Back to work today! I don’t want to go back today simply because I know it always sucks after being gone for a couple days. Oh well. The coworkers don’t know why I took off, as they are nosy and judgmental. We shall see how today goes!
