I had one when I had my initial blood work and I have to have another one the morning of surgery. I switched to zero nicotine vapes passed the first test. Working on breaking the habit all together

Yes I need some rest. Where others are sleeping long hours, I’m not getting much sleep. I find it hard to sleep in my bed. I’ve been sleeping on my recliner.

Right! I’ve been drinking in the one ounce cups, logging my pain meds, breathing in the machine apparatus they give, walking around the house. Whew!! I’m tired, but so happy I’m in this process for my health.

Omggg the apparatus I totally forgot ? thanks for reminding me. And you're doing ? great.

Yessss I went for my preop testing last week and they went over everything I needed and didn’t need but I won’t know the time until tommorow … I just hope it’s early… where are you from?

Well I’m very happy you had it done with no issues, how are you feeling?

Girrrrrrl. I feel so much better on day 4. On day one I was just over everything. It's worth it though. It's not only a learning process it shows you just how strong you are.

I’m glad your feeling good today and I hope every day becomes better and better for you! Have you been needing the meds?

Heck no, getting out of bed is a tragic situation ?.

Oh yeah they are very thoughtful of my situation, and the protein my people said I am only to have 60 grams of protein on this liquid diet, so I only drink 2 protein shakes and 22 ounces of the chicken broth and plenty Popsicles, jello, pudding. That's my countdown to the sleeve
