Yes. My doctor says the majority of the tools are on the right side, that's why it hurts worse than the left. I use ice/heat on that side.

Thank you so much for the reassurance! I was getting nervous. I used a belly band this morning and it’s a lot better holding it all in… I’ll try the ice/heat! Hopefully it starts to feel better soon. Thank you!!!

You're very welcome ?. Did they not give you pain meds?

They did, but they messed up on the QTY so I have to call them first thing tomorrow morning to get the correct amount. I’m already finished my narcotics so I’m relying on muscle relaxers to help right now… it’s awful lol

I'm so thankful for these answers. I literally have cried every day thinking I was not recovering properly because of the pain. I had surgery 4 days ago ?

I’m at the ER with swollen ankles. Gonna check for blood clots. Surgery was 4 days ago too

Omg. Please keep us updated. I'm sending good energy ??I have compression socks maybe I should wear those ?

I am 1 day away from surgery and I feel like my stomach is eating itself. This is truly the hardest thing I've ever had to do, I worked out, I'm drinking all the liquids and nothing is even remotely taking away the pain of hunger. Help please!!!!!

Hey love, did your Dr give you a list? On mine there was jello, broth, Powerade zero. What are you consuming?

@Lizrios oh no. I pray everything is OK & they find out quickly why your ankles are swollen. Praying for you. Let us know you are ok?

Back from ER. I was concerned bc I had a very right red eye and two swollen ankles and my blood pressure at ER was in the 200’s. I have never had that high. Had ultrasound on both legs and labs, along with chest X-ray. They determined I’m retaining fluids. Thank God no blood clots! Suggested I could wear compression stockings and for me to rest and elevate legs. Gave me a diuretic for 3 days to reduce swelling. The awful looking red eye was not so urgent to them. They said it would go away on its own. Thanks for prayers and positive energy. Have to admit it was scary for a bit.
