33 mile ultra run complete

  • Popular Post

Been a while since ive been on here, but just wanted post this for anyone it might help. 3.5 years since i got the surgery and its still by far the best thing i ever did. Back in November i completed a 33 mile ultra trail run. Something i never thought i would do. Im extremely proud of it and cant wait to set new goals. Fitness has made this journey that much easier and I love every aspect of it. Hopefully this will encourage someone!!! IF youre thinking about the surgery, do it. 465859985_me3..thumb.png.3e2174e906f2b77ae0da5baf0c26a4e6.png2119484448_me2.thumb.jpg.9cf3f79487938a4689d5bccdfd85c8d1.jpg
