Lightheaded

I had gastric sleeve surgery and I am on 4 weeks in my question is I work in the oíl field and when I start to sweating I feel lightheaded. Does that mean I need to drink more fluids?

    Could be dehydration/low electrolytes. Have you tried Powerade Zero/SF Gatorade type drinks when it happens?

    That seems like a likely explanation. Are you logging your fluids? Are you getting close?? I would definitely try getting more fluids but if that doesn’t help mention this to your doctor.
