iOS Medication Reminder

For those of you with an iPhone, the new update (iOS 16) has added medication reminders native to the iPhone. You can find it in the Health app. If you own an Apple Watch as well, the reminders go right to your wrist.

I know that there are other apps that do it, but I find the native apps much more reliable, in my opinion. Just figure I'd let everyone know.

      Yes this app is a lifesaver for me … I know timers work but this app makes you check off you took the medication as well. Love it!

    I have recurring alarms set for mine as well but that’s good to know, a quieter reminder could be necessary in some situations, thanks.
