Hello,
So my twin sister and I had our gastric sleeve surgeries on August 10th. Today was our first day being able to eat mushy food. We have noticed that we seem to be getting what seems like hunger pains. We first noticed it when we were on the all liquid diet but I thought it would get better once we started to eat real food. We thought it would be easy to get our protein in once we ate real food but in reality it hasn’t been that easy. Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there anything that anyone suggests to help? Anything is much appreciated at this point. Thank you!!
