Has anyone recently had a balloon fitted ?
how did you choose which one to go for ? As in 4 month -6 month 12 month and how much weight have you lost ? I have read so many mixed reviews I’m confused!!

They've been pulled from the market in a few countries, they can get "stuck" or move around, and like the lap band the procedure is not permanent and will result in a higher rate of regain than a permanent procedure like the sleeve or bypass.

It's a new device and I would be wary of it. There are already a lot of red flags that it is ineffective and potentially dangerous.

I agree with doing your research. I have not heard of a lot of people who are doing that procedure and My surgeon didn’t even offer it. Gotta be a reason for that.
