My last go round with a large amount of weight loss I worked with a personal trainer and he whipped my ass right into shape. He kept me motivated more than any time in my life I had tried to do the gym on my own and he made it fun! Then he moved away and I got fat again.. but that is besides the point. haha

Everyone is different when it comes to what is worth it to spend their money on. I learned that years ago when my husband spent like 20 bucks a beer at a club and I almost fell over. Lol. At the same time he would never spend hundreds of dollars on a pair of shoes and I find that to be a much better splurge. I think that spending money on your health is probably the best investment we can make so if having to be held accountable is what you need, Amazonsleeved, I say go for it.
