Hi Mochi, I had the sleeve done on 2/23. I lost 15 pounds the first 3 weeks and have now stalled out. I've added in foods but cant always do food 3x day so still doing protein shakes 1-2meals a day. I know some days I have hunger to deal with.

Question, has anyone not lost any weight for their monthly check in? I haven’t and I’m stressed as I see them later tomorrow.

+it sounds like you hit a plateau? .I lost 33 pounds in 6 weeks then stalled for just over 2 weeks and it literally broke as of yesterday. I'm sure the clinic is going to know whats up and help you over come it.

Do you mean pre op or post op?

I meant pre-op. I’m still in the beginning phase. I haven’t gotten my surgery date yet.

Update on this…I did see my surgeon today. Although I was worried, he wasn’t upset. I did manage to lose 1.8 pounds. Mother Nature did come this week and I was bloated. Also, I have been losing more than he asked the previous months so we are just going to shake it off this month and move forward through this stall. Thanks everyone.
