Just feeling blah

Hey there I’m 18 months out, and I am feeling blah , self conscious about my body. Being intimate with my partner is a challenge for me to participate in. He is a bit heavier then me and over the last 4 years embraced his dad bod . Well I focus on what I can change taking my vitamins daily and staying active , trying new things , I went back to school. Before the surgery I would never have thought of going back to school. I’m sorry excited , life is precious and shouldn’t be wasted. I hang onto my routine when I do anything protien shake in my coffee, having protien , keeping my carbs and sugar limited. I just get so bored. Any advice also I have lost so much of my bottom, that sitting has become painful and uncomfortable. Any wisdom thanks

Check your Thyroid, I remember a time in my life I felt like that. Very apathetic of everything. At the time, I had everything I wanted, moved to Hawaii after a winning a custody battle. I had the best job, that pay me to travel all over the Pacific Islands. The beach was my playground. I was so apathetic. Little I know I had tyroid issues. I discovered after a routine check up with a naturopath. Once I started the treatment, I came back to life. Never underestimate how annoying the endocrine system can be. Still in Hawaii, enjoying the beach and my new weight, as I celebrate my 1 year anniversary of surgery this month 70 pounds less.
