I was very afraid too. The time went fast and the next thing I knew it was surgery day. The first 48 hours were the toughest. Just remember to walk as much as you can. I did 10 minute walks every hour

But seriously, I want to go back in time to pre-op fat me and shake my shoulders and go DO YOU EVEN UNDERSTAND HOW AMAZING THIS TOOL IS SO STOP FREAKING OUT ALREADY.

yes, yes, yes and double yes. Just got mine Friday Nov 19 and got out of the hospital today. Was a non event except for the life changing surgery. Thought to myself I got nervous for nothing. Now comes the real work. Wish you the best of luck!

I was very afraid too. The time went fast and the next thing I knew it was surgery day. The first 48 hours were the toughest. Just remember to walk as much as you can. I did 10 minute walks every hour during the day. I think it helped to get my stomach settled. The first sips were yucky. Room temp crystal light is what tasted best to me. Hang in there, you’ll do fine!

I wasnt nervous at all mind you didn't have time was waiting a while for surgery thought I wasnt going to get it until I got a phone call the end of July telling me my date was 23rd August had loads of test done iron infusion and then I was in hospital and everything was fine now 12weeks out 45lb lighter and loving it I had the milk and yoghurt diet for two weeks and did well so good luck to you all having surgery

I too am having a serious case of the nerves. I like what was said though, we would be robots if we weren’t nervous over something like this.” Makes me feel a little better.
