How are you? Did you already had your surgery? How was it?

Were you able to push thru with your surgery?

Have you had surgery before and how did it go? Sleep problems are not uncommon and there is only one way to fix it, you can’t tune yourself in by watching a video about how bad everything is. From a purely psychological point of view, you only make things worse for yourself.

Yes, it's a common problem, but try to distract yourself. Everything will be fine!

I also had trouble sleeping. I'm a very anxious person, and for me, that whole period was complicated. But when I started walking for an hour or two every evening, drink more herbal tee, the situation improved
