I had gastric sleeve surgery on Feb 16th and everything been great I lost 63 pounds so far, but for the last week I have no appetite for anything, it’s like I’m force feeding myself just to get my daily protein intake. Today was pretty horrible because I have no energy do to lack of eating but after two to three bites of anything I eat I don’t want it at all, I start to gag or feel extremely nauseous. Now about a week and a half ago I realized I hate eating do to you the mild discomfort (not pain) and don’t know if what I’m experiencing is really lack of appetite or just a mind thing.
I want to know if anyone experienced the same ? And if so what did you do to fix it. I don’t want to get sick or weak because I don’t want to eat
