How to do all this in COVID world

Hey!

I was hoping that someone had some insight for me! Does anyone work as a teacher or trainer or something of that sort? I don't go back to work for a few more weeks; however, I am really concerned about getting my fluids and nutrition in. I work in a hospital, teaching/training adult learners. The classes are in person, and I will need to be wearing a mask the entire time. We obviously get breaks...but I don't know how I will be able to eat anything in 15 min...let alone get all the fluids in I need to all day if I need to wear a mask the entire time, plus not chug or choke down some food.

I could probably get medical documentation to be off longer, but I am trying to avoid that. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Would you be able to just lift the bottom of your mask & drink through a straw or from a sippy cup/bottle? I used to drink soup through a straw at first. I’d pop the straw in my mini thermos which kept the soup hot. (It would be cold before I got half way through it if I put it in a mug.)
