Multivitamin and nausea

I started the Bariatric Advantage Multivitamin Chewy - I feel nauseous right after taking one.... anyone else the same? Do you get use to it? Or is it better to switch vitamins?

Many people do not tolerate higher levels of Iron in Bariatric vits. Certain types of zinc can also make you nauseous. I personally take zinc piccolinate and use desiccated liver caps for iron and other vitamins along with a B complex pill. It’s annoying to have to take so many pills, but vitamin intolerances are common.

3.5 month after surgery and tried every single multi vitamin I could put my hands on searching for one that it wouldn't make me nauseous or vomit. I finally found one that works well and I'm soooo happy! I don't know if it's sold in the states (live in Europe) but it's called Baricol, only the pill form work for me, the others also make me very sick. I would recommend you to change and keep trying until you find something that suits you. I was starting to get anxiety about taking the vitamins. Good luck
