Hello,
I started my pureed diet yesterday. I started with a v8, which went wonderful.
Today I cooked up some soft scrambled eggs and melted low fat mozzarella cheese over it. I put one tablespoon on my plate. Each bite is a baby spoon, chew 20 times each spoonful, wait 20 seconds for before I grab my next spoonful, and have been eating for 20 minutes.
