Are you looking for recipes for the liquid stage or the pureed stage? For the liquid stage, I just used protein soup mixes from the BariatricPal store. For the pureed stage, I made some pureed black bean soup that was really good:

I found another recipe for pureed black bean soup that is much easier, but I haven't tried it, so I can't vouch for it:

Thank you! I am getting surgery done tomorrow and have been on a liquid diet. I haven’t found any good broths. And I wanted some for after surgery for after week 2 I can add blended soups

You mention you're looking for good broths....I have been so happy with the Kettle & Fire brand bone broths. I've tried a few different brands (and made my own) and the K&F ones are my favorites. Pricy, but delicious!

Also, try Swanson Sipping Bone Broth. 9 grams of protein, 45 calories and VERY convenient in a package that you can eat and use to sip it from.

If you have a pho restaurant in your area, their broths are usually delicious. Usually comes with noodles and veggies, but several of the pho places near me were happy to just sell me broth.

Thank you! We don’t have any nearby. But there is a Chinese restaurant and they sale broths. I need to go see about some. Thank you
