Vibration plate

Hi.

I'm almost 1 month out of my surgery now.

Don't get enough time for regular exercise like due to children and then this winter weather.

I have a vibration plate at home. Have been using it before my surgery and gotnpositove results out of it.

My question is if it is safe using it 4 weeks afterbtge surgery?

Has anyone else had any experience?

Thanks in advance for your replies

Ooh I'm happy you shared this. I've been considering getting one. Can you please share which one you have and what you've done with it when you got results previously?
