Struggling during liquid diet stages

I’m really having a hard time during this liquid diet. I just want something solid sooo bad. I honestly feel like I could move on to the next stage but don’t want to set myself back. At this point I can’t wait for some cottage cheese next week!!

I had the same issue and I made the mistake of eating foods that my body was not ready for. It just came back up and I learned to just not focus on food the way I use to. I just planned my meals and kept as busy as possible. It was hard enough getting the protein and water down so I just focused more on that. I am almost 2.5 months out and its slowly getting better.
