Bypass Recovery Question!

Hey guys,

I’m fortunate enough to have my Mom stay with me to help me after surgery. But my question is, I have a 4 & 2 year old and I’m wondering how long I should ask her to stay? Appreciate the advice!

Thanks for the feedback! The “forever” comments made me laugh. But I’m taking advice seriously and have asked for 2 weeks minimum and 2 more if possible.

I wasn't allowed to pick up anything heavier than 15 lbs for six weeks--not groceries, pets, or kids. Just something to consider asking your surgeon.

From my experience at least 1 month will allow you to heal and become more mobile in effort to handle the energy with your babies.
