I have a paper planner that I use when I am away from my phone or internet (otherwise, I use myfitnesspal for the most part). I love putting in little stickers and things to make it all cute. I use it mostly to track amounts and what I ate, but I track my water with my water bottles. I have three 24oz bottles, and once I've drained each of those, I know I hit my water goals.

I got a happy planner at happy planner dot com. They have a fitness one that has place for food water exercise which is what I am currently using. I bought a used lot of stickers that came with those cute fitness accessories off poshmark.

Yes, the stickers are pretty cool to add in to custom the week. Really liking it so far.
