I was sleeved on the 16th as well but I'm not having that problem. I'm able to drink decent amount of water without having to worry about any pain. I will say though today was the first time I pooped in 3 weeks lol

Also sleeved on July 16th and I'm constantly sipping. I don't get the urge to pee but I do. My instructions say 48 to 64oz. I don't keep track, I just eye my pee color.

I had mine on July 20 and stayed in hospital for almost three days pain is a whole lot better than the first two days my god it was agony. But nurses are angels and now being at home is nice. I’m trying to sip every 15 minutes one tiny med cup worth of water or protein shake and it’s hard to tell what is what . I still get a somewhat painful inner burp pain but it’s normal.

Does warm/room temperature Water help with the pain?

i have heard that. i think warmer or luke warm liquids go down easier in the first few weeks. so i added broth to my liquid diet yesterday and that was good.

Looking for some feed back about eating after weight loss goal. I have lost 90 lbs and want to start working out to get some muscle mass. Not sure where to start.
