Stomach pains

I’m sure it has to do with the foods I eat but I was fine a few weeks ago I’m about 6-7 month out and everything that I ate gives me an annoying pain like acid reflux and inability to eat so I have been trying the protein shakes and a super bland diet. Even sometimes with that I don’t want to eat because I feel uncomfortable and that pain. What do you guys use for remedies at home or the kind of diet do you guys use to get by this phase if it is a phase.

I second GreenTealael's advice. Whenever you get sudden, unexplained pain you probably should be checking with your medical team.

Just a thought: When I went through lap band surgery, at about the 4-month mark I started having episodes of pain every time I ate. It didn't really matter much what I ate. I constantly had a sort of "sick" or acidic taste in my mouth. Long story short, they finally figured out that it was my gallbladder. I guess that because my pain was not in the typical location, they kept blowing me off and trying to blame it on something I did/something I ate.

Either way, definitely contact your doctor and a side bit of advice, BE PERSISTENT.

I did on Friday he said protein shakes and some acid reflux medicine. He said if it continues through the week then he will send me to the hospital to get some lab work and stuff done. I do have to be persistent but I’m also scared of like hospitals at the moment but if it has to get done it has to get done! ??
