I'm in Oregon (with OHP insurance) and I'm having a really hard time finding ANY DS surgeons in the state. I used the tool on the site and only came up with 2 that actually look legit. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations? I'm 90% certain DS is the right surgery for me, it's just been difficult getting started.

Here's the list. Best bet is probably CA. Keshishian or Rabkin.

I agree - the two surgeons Postop listed are two of the best known in the country.

DS isn't a very common surgery, so that's probably why you're having a hard time finding anyone. Also, I'm not sure how many insurance companies cover the DS. Mine did not - mine only covered sleeve and bypass. So that may be another reason..
