Did your surgeon prescribe anything for you for nausea? I did not have much nausea after surgery so I wish I had some advice to provide. I suffered from gas pain a few days more than others it seems was my issue. My dr. Sent me home with scripts for nausea and gerd. Sorry to hear you’re having such a time of it.

It will pass but call the surgeon to get a prescription for anti-nausea medication. I needed it for a couple days

Try ginger it helped me in the beginning

I’ve tried that and it’s literally not helping at all. ??

I’ve called my surgeon he said he’d call me back that was hours ago! I feel like I’m going die!!??? it’s soooo painfully throwing up

If you can't keep down liquid and get dehydrated, please go to the hospital. You'll need IV fluids.

I'm 5 days post-op as well and the bowel obstruction is no joke. Glad you went in and hope you feel better.
