Hey, I think we are buddies! I had surgery on 3/2/20. I don't have any advice, kind of in the same boat. I have learned I feel better if drinks aren't too cold and I drink really slow! Good luck?

Everyone just be patient every single member here has gone thru it, Slowly the gas and air issues will go away Also you have to learn to drink without sucking in air, Try this to get started,

I watched a YouTube video and this lady recommended activated charcoal tabs. They are actually called Charco Tabs and I found them at Wal-Mart and these helped so much! Nothing else took away the gas

I’m officially on post op day 7. Although very early on in my journey I’m staring to feel discouraged. I often have sharp but fast fading gas pain in my chest. It happens mostly when I drink any fluids. I’m trying my hardest to drink all my fluids but it’s been tough. I feel healthy and have already lost a good amount of weight! I’m just becoming worried it will be like this forever!?!
