10 Month Update - Weight loss chart included

  • Popular Post

Now 10 months post op and down 109lbs from my peak. Calories are edging higher now in the 1200-1600 range. With respect to meals my brain feels totally retrained on how much to eat. My challenges are sugar and slider food which is extremely calorie dense but not offering the same restriction. Below is my weekly chart to give everyone a sense of what the rate of loss looks like. Still not exercising as much as I should which is the last thing hindering my progress. I am quite good at making excuses not to do actual exercise and much prefer things activity based.

Nice Job! Dang i wished i would have used one of those APP's Cool to see. The exercise thing sucks No doubt but if you do bust your ass for a month seems to become a routine the second month and by the third month just another habit and event of the day.

Way to go, Brent! It is super to see your progress!

Much to my surprise this morning I got on the scale and it read 248! This is lower than my low in 2012 when I briefly was able to lose 50lbs and is the lowest I have been since 2003/2004. Both diet and activity levels have been consistent the past few weeks so dont think there was anything specific. This was a major psychological hurdle and the next major milestone will be hitting the goal that I originally set out for. Updated chart below.
