I've always made my own since calories at some of those places are sky high. I'd rather use those calories for a meal. But I just checked their menu and it looks like they have a few in the 300-350 range - so probably one of those if you're going to go there ANYWAY (they have some that are like 500 calories - YIKES!)

I got a Smoothie King gift card from coworkers and I think the one I picked that suited me best was the Lean1. It had a better Protein to Carb/Sugar ratio.

I dont go to Smoothie King often, but sometimes when I'm out running errands its a nice lunch replacement thats also a bit of a "treat".
