I love Isopure. It definitely saved me after surgery. You can get it from Target. $19.99 for a 1lb bag. It says you get 16 servings out of it, but I haven’t really kept count.

I used Unjury and mixed it into my Mio lemonade. It was yucky. Not sure how others have done but this "unflavored" protein had a flavor to me. I know A lot of people here have had good luck with their's and could probably recommend a better one.

Oh yeah, I mix it with water, not milk. I strain the foam off the top after mixing it, and add cucumber, lemon, and mint leaves to it. Perfect!

This is the one I use also. So far I've added it to my pureed soups, yogurt & sometimes I'll just add it to my water. It seems to taste better than my powdered choc and vanilla.

That sounds delicious!

I enjoy this in hot tea, and broth. I have yet to try the isopure. I was working on my meat protein powders then switching to a plant based. My daughter gave me two to try, I can't remember the name of them, but they were horrible.17.6oz_Unflavored_Collagen_Protein_Infog

I'm an Unjury fan. I've tried others, but have always stuck with Unjury.

You can put the unflavored in just about anything. *Be careful with hot items. Anything over 140° will cause it to curdle a bit. These days, I put it in my yogurt for an extra-protein fortified yogurt.

@Tinesia I was looking into that one but my dietician says I need a non-collagen based protein. Isopure is a whey protein which is animal based, it's not plant based. I do prefer vegan protein and have one in a few flavors. I just want another flavorless one to add into things to up my protein at this point.

What is the reason for no collagen? I though this would help me minimize my hair loss.

@tinesha She just said use a protein powder other than collagen-based proteins. I'm not sure why? I will have to ask. I do take a supplement for collagen along with my protein drinks but I'm not sure the difference in say a whey protein vs. a collagen-based.
