since the DS uses a sleeved stomach, I would assume there would still be a risk of it. But I'll defer to someone who's had the DS.

    I had the sleeve then had a revision to mgb due to reflux and I still have horrible reflux. Now I have to get a revision to full gastric bypass to get rid of the reflux. And of course insurance is refusing to pay for it.
