I'm 4 weeks post-op and I'm still on premier chocolate protein, and liquid diet and I'm just dying to eat real food I be so hungry but I'm so afraid to eat, I had try eating a tiny piece of Puerto Rican pasteles with ketchup and it was just stuck in my chest so I had to force myself to throw up and since then I don't want to try anything else what can I do help
