Ack...the wrong list got copied somewhere in the last 2 pages and now the list is all messed up. I've been dropped off and a whole lotta dates now don't have the newest people on them. That is not good tuszak. Hope today sees an improvement. I am still experiencing shoulder pain and find the heat pad works really well for that, but apart from that not much pain. If I start to feel achy in my left side I go and lie down for half an hour which seems to calm things. Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing.
