I have become lactose intolerant so have swapped to vegan protein which you mix with water so it doesn't take me long, prob 20 mins. Not as thick or filling.

Takes me well over a hour but i make super shakes out of them -

When I got my lap band years ago I loved the chocolate protein shakes. Now that I've had a bypass I can't choke them down. Maybe if you dilute it with some skim milk so they're not so thick...

I could drink one in 10 minutes 3rd day

It took me a good hour and a half to drink a shake for a month. Even now it still takes 45 minutes, but I suppose I *could* chug more if I had to. It’s more aesthetic than a true limitation.

Sleeve here, 7 weeks out tomorrow. I can do a premier shake in 15 mins if I have to. I normally try to take it in over 30 or so.
