One month post op RNY update!!

Hey there.

Officially one month Post op from surgery.

Feeling great. No issues at all.

Still mostly on shakes with a little yoghurt or hummus if needed.. feeling satisfied ?

Don't feel the need to move onto real foods yet.

I've started drinking black tea everyday now and it actually helps feel satiety and not thinking much about food.

I'm sitting between 350-450kcal a day doing well.

Started my own diet 90 days ago and I'm officially down from HW 322lbs to CW 230lbs

27lbs since surgery.

My next goal is to get below 220 (100KG here in Australia)

then see how I look and feel once I hit 200lbs.

Dietitian says 200lbs would be great!

Anyways that's my latest news and I'm so happy & surgeon is so happy I'm the Easiest patient he's dealt with! No complaints.

Don't have to see him again until 3 months post op. Just do routine blood tests with my local Dr.

Cheers.

MIKE.

Congratulations, Mike. Well done on your continued weight loss and on keeping to your plan. Your example inspires me to keep going on my pre-surgery weight loss even though it is a holiday week here in the US. I can overcome it. Blessings to you.
