Hello everybody I just discovered this app

I'm about close to six weeks out from surgery but this past month has been a struggle this past month I keep fluctuating between 266-271 has anyone else had this issue?20191116_080224.jpeg

    This will be the best journey and is not bad at all, Enjoy the ride
