medicaid approval

I don't have a surgery date yet but I go to my last visit 11/14 before they send everything off to Medicaid, im worried because at first I maintained my weighted but my last 2 visits I gained im worried I wont get approval from Medicaid,

the only thing I've been diagnosed with is obesity and I go for a sleep test study 11/06 to seeif I have sleep apnea. so im just keeping my fingers crossed for this approval, God knows I've tried I can diet but after my last pregnancy my hernia has stopped me from working out a lot and I've just been goin up and down on the scale but I'm at my high weight I've ever been.
