Best wishes.

I had my surgery when I was 58, so I doubt that's it. Do you take any medications that cause weight gain?

I just had all my blood worked done. all vitamin levels are good only thing still a little high is colesteral. A1C was 5.5

Eat protein first no more than 4 oz, veggies second you should be full and no drinking with meals or 30 min. before or after. Get a Fitbit and track everything you eat on MyFitnessPal. That includes what you cook them in. If you like chicken a Rotessori chicken packed in 4 oz packets make an easy dinner, then you just have to do the veggie. If you follow the plan you should lose.
