Stalls

Just plowed through my first stall! It lasted about 3 weeks and finally broke this past weekend. I am not sure what caused it. I know i should count my lucky stars for being this far out and just now hitting one. I am hoping i still lose this coming week but maybe it was a fluke that the scale moved. i did however lose inches.. I went down to a size 12 yesterday. Thought i was going to die LOL.

You didn't do anything to cause the stall or cause it to break. They are a natural part of the weight loss process! Just keep doing what you're supposed to be doing and don't sweat those stalls!

Congrats on your new size!

Stalls are pains in the butt, but they happen and it's not our fault and it's just part of the weight loss process so we have to deal with it.

Join us here for motivation and accountability, its a great help to focus on other things besides weightloss when the scale pauses
