I stayed between 600 and 800 calories
I am currently on my third week (yes, the dreaded stall stage) however, my main concern is that I have a large appetite. When I eat, I do get full after about three or four bites of a meal, but I am able to down an entire pudding cup, and am able to drink easily. My sister also had vsg done, and she said she was nauseous all the time...I hardly ever feel nauseous at all. Please help.
